Institute of the Faculty for Economy and Law
(Faculty of Economics)
The programmes, which are developed and taught by the E.H.E. EurAka Faculty for Economy and Law under the umbrella of the Faculty of Economy are closing these essential gaps. These studies are designed for sustainable and successful progress in the globalised economy.

Legal Studies
The E.H.E. EurAka programmes in law are studies, which deliver profound knowledge and skills to qualify for work in the legal profession. These programmes offer law in general but equally pathways of specialisation. Essential for interested candidates is that these programmes are awarding LLM or LLB degrees.
Modules and their content have been carefully selected and elaborated for that they provide international students with respective knowledge, which is meaningful for finding empoyment on international job markets. Therefore, the E.H.E. EurAka programmes in law are offering an attractive opportunity, whose reach and scope is not limited to a certain region only.
Additionally highlighted is that through the close partnership with the City Unity College in Athens, these studies have an international hotspot in the E.H.E. EurAka's study centre in Greece.
As the name of the new E.H.E. EurAka Faculty informs, a good number of the new programmes, which are actually developed will address law by a specific focus on the economy and business.

Paralegal Studies
The frequent explanation for paralegal qualification is that it is the expertise of a person having profound knowledge in the law, but is not a lawyer.
Global contexts of international trade are providing today's managers with complex situations, in which pure management skills are often insufficient. Different trading standards and regulations, difficulties in transferring money from one country to another, employment regulations, etc., etc. - compliance requests are manifold. This needs managers, who can equally manage these manifold legal issues influencing successful international business.
This complexity exactly is, where the E.H.E. EurAka's paralegal studies have their impact. They are teaching managers the necessary knowledge to deal with the various legal consequences, which they have to respect. In contrast, law experts gain essential business orientation supporting the understanding of how to manage a company. To this adds that the E.H.E. EurAka programmes are not only focused on hard facts, they equally address soft skills, which have so often proven to be decisive for intercultural management.
In this understanding, the E.H.E. EurAka paralegal studies are of advantage for law experts and managers by bridging two subject areas into one meaningful structure for future-oriented success in the globalised world.
